I'll spare any reader reading this the details about my background and instead link those who are interested to <a href="http://marco.luethy.net/about.html">this link</a>. I have loved photography ever since I've been able to get my hands on a camera. I put a lot of time and effort into my photography from the beginning to the end. In this digital age, it is not uncommon that I might take a good gigabyte worth of photographs and select only one or sometimes even none to become prints.

For the most part, my photography usualy is very vibrant, bright, and colourful. Happy and uplifting photographs typically of landscapes, architectures, and flowers, though not limited to these.

I name my pieces in a way I hope is unique. Titles usualy pop into my head while working on a photograph and follow unwritten and often subconscious rules for which letters can be used and in which order they can be used in. The titles rarely have any significant meaning beyond the meanings they have for myself.

Every print here is at least 3072x2048 pixels at 320 dpi and are uploaded as 16 bit tiff files usualy about 40mb in size. I shoot in my digital camera's RAW format to get the highest possible quality. I have a slight obbsession with high-quality over-kill.
